Also, I am in charge of assigning tasks, managing the team, and making sure that everyone has received the necessary training to deliver exceptional customer service. Overall, if you were to start as a janitor and then run a small grocery store, you would need to have great leadership, organizational, and communication skills. You would need to be able to operate independently and reach decisions that are advantageous to the store if you wanted to succeed. Sales and marketing: To promote the store and its products, you would need to create and implement marketing plans. You would also need to create eye-catching displays that entice consumers and increase sales.
