- Responsible for supporting all facets of
programming and implementation of all hybrid continuing education (CE) programs administered by MAK Continuing Education, LLC, Cape Cod Institute.

-Responsible for facilitating and managing audio-visual technology, hybrid classroom equipment, and course production.

- Communicate with Online Facilitators regarding pacing,
technical aspects (sound, video quality, user experience, etc.),
course materials, and all aspects of production

-Troubleshoot technological concerns related to in-person and Zoom technology, course pacing, grievances & feedback

-Provide necessary support and information regarding Cape Cod
resources and activities to participants, as well as manage grievances and complaints as they arise

- Offer weekly Monday training and orientation sessions to new course assistants regarding Hybrid Classroom technology, goals, and best practices

• Managed register to process cash, credit card and personal check payments
• Rotated stock items and ingredients to maintain freshness
• Offered support to other stations during high-volume shifts
