Abigail Harris

Passionate about the advancement of women's sports, with a strong desire to learn how to help athletes enhance their mindset and performance. Possesses knowledge and experience in sports and coaching techniques, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Energetic and compassionate individual with talent for connecting with people and creating supportive relationships.

Competed as a collegiate basketball player for 4 years. Devoted countless hours each day outside of academics to training, practices, service opportunities, team events and more. Made 3 consecutive appearances to the NCCAA National Championship. This experience helped me master many skills, such as time-management, organization, communication and problem-solving.

Spent time during three consecutive summer's volunteering as a missionary in Aguada, Puerto Rico with LYNC8. The summer of 2021, I spent a brief week in PR. The summers of 2022 and 2023, I spent a month each on the island. During my time, I assisted in the ongoing recovery from Hurricane Maria in 2017. This consisted of rebuilding homes, feeding and clothing the homeless, leading sports camps for kids, sharing faith and much more. I was emersed into a culture that was new to me and built relationships with Puerto Rican's who I now consider family. Volunteered at local churches to help with Operation Christmas Child and at local shelter's to offer clothing and help furnish rooms.
