I worked at Joann Fabrics for eight months before leaving for a short time, then coming back. I mostly work the cash register and cut fabric, but participate in other tasks when asked to do so.

• I sat customers in correct sections and in a timely way, so as to not overwhelm the kitchen or wait staff.
• I kept up with cleaning tables to help out the wait staff.
• I performed opening and closing duties, such as setting up the outside dining area.
• I handled stressful situations well, communicating with staff to ensure that whatever problem had arisen would be taken care of smoothly.
