Dynamic and results-oriented professional with a proven track record at the University of Notre Dame, where I managed a two-time NCAA Division 1 Men's Lacrosse National Championship team. Skilled in videography and photography, I foster collaborative relationships, excel in competition preparation, and enhance team performance. I have a demonstrated ability to motivate athletes and increase customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
I single-handedly ran the social media account for my college's Sexuality and Gender Equity club. I stuck to a strict schedule for required posts as well as posting stories and posts that aligned with the clubs' views and beliefs. This also required large amounts of social justice activism within the college community and facilitating a safe environment for LGBTQIA+ students to express themselves freely without judgment or hate.
I recently graduated from Saint Mary's College in Notre Dame, IN, with a BA in Communication Studies and a Film Studies minor. I have no problem openly communicating with coworkers as well as customers. I am naturally an extrovert, so I enjoy being a social and friendly individual. I make a point to create positive relationships with coworkers, athletes, coaching staff, and customers to make work life as enjoyable as possible. I have worked in high-stress, fast-paced environments requiring a level head. I am proud to say that I was a part of the University of Notre Dame's first Men's lacrosse national championship win, where I worked as a team manager and was able to be a part of their second national championship win the following year, specializing as the team's game videographer.
