Abigale Crawley

Hello! My name is Abigale Crawley. I am a native to WNC, growing up down the mountain in McDowell County. I have been in the service industry for about 8 years now and enjoy challenging myself. This explains the slow crawl I have done from working fast food to casual fine dining. I enjoy creating environments for the people I’m serving that cater to what they are looking for. Whether it be an exciting experience, or just a safe place to escape from the outside world for a little while, I like knowing I can facilitate a positive atmosphere for others. I believe I have excelled at Strada because of my dedication, determination, and perseverance. I am looking to expand my abilities and knowledge when it comes to the fine dining scene.
