• preparing media and worked on TEMPO for quality BAX System for food safety in Nebraska beef project
• Preparing inoculations and other solutions needed for experiments
• Assisted scientists by collecting and organizing laboratory data.

• Analytical testing on the product ,including organoleptic ,fat estimate ,acidity and gerber buffer fat assays were undertaken
• Oversaw daily shift scheduling assisted in reaching production objectives ,verified material balance.
• Frequently inspected production area to verify proper equipment operation.

• Created and modified high-resolution shapefiles appropriate for customer project specifications for use in GIS software -FUSION X interfaces.
• Worked with clients to meet specific technical specifications and solve operational concerns.
