• Directed the team to significantly reduce 3D-model processing time from an average of 1 hour to less than 10 minutes
• Launched new capabilities that laid the foundation for global data strategy.

• In this role, I led two engineering teams that designed and built products, enabling automobile dealers to maximize profit in the wholesale market
• Focused on minimizing customer impact by driving the adoption of incident management process across a 90-member organization
• Researched, identified, and led prioritization of long-term technical debt, initiating the journey of products in the GA stage from a monolith to microservices, leveraging AWS Cloud
• Initiated deprecation/sunset of services that did not add value to customers and incurred debt without the right ROI.

In this role, I launched, owned, and operated high availability, distributed systems that are part of the AWS cloud offering.

• Built AWS Billing platform team that significantly reduced time to process 99.99% of bills from 4 days to under 2 days (2014)
• Successfully expanded AWS Billing platform (over 65 services) to a private cloud, a pivotal move for the company (2015)
• Headed, supported, and managed the engineering team that expanded AWS Lex footprint to new regions (2017)
• Launched the product - Amazon Lightsail (2018)
