Perform maintenance services and courtesy inspections to customers vehicles with meticulous attention to detail on every vehicle

Use BMW factory scan tools/ software to run vehicle test plans and service functions

Memorize all factory services and recommended intervals for BMW and Mini Cooper and the labor times for all regular services on all models

Keep the shop clean, stock inventory and inform management when stock is getting low

• Service all customers vehicles quickly and ensure high level of quality
• Address customer complaints and provide customers with solutions that work with their budget and maintain vehicle safety
• Replace suspension components, engine components, and transmissions as required
• Assist co-workers when necessary and communicate clearly with them
• Instruct co-workers how to use shop equipment safely and efficiently, ie: vehicle lifts, tire changing machines, tire balancing machines, and AC servicing tools.

• Loading the register each morning and closing it at night
• Customer service and assistance on the sales floor
• Assist customers with special order and rental equipment paperwork and filing it correctly
• Ensure that product information is correct in data systems
• Stocking sales floor with new merchandise
• Cutting and programming automobile keys for customers
• Receiving shipments of products and unloading them safely with fork lift and floor lift.
