Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Slot Supervisor ensures the efficiency of Slot Floor Operations and ensures that excellent service is provided to our guests. Reporting to the Casino General Manager/MOD/Slot Manager/Slot Shift Manager and act on their behalf when requested.

Primary Tasks

  • Maintain security/procedures according to rules.
  • Audit/Inspect work of designated team members to ensure standards are met.
  • Pay winners by promptly responding to winning customers, processing hand pays, assisting the Slot Attendant in processing jackpot/paperwork, and assisting with Title 31 transaction requirements following established procedures.
  • Available on short notice for staff replacement.

Slot Attendant

Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Slot Attendant has a general knowledge of gaming machines to instruct customers on their use and features. The Slot Attendant issues jackpot payouts to customers up to the established amount after all appropriate approvals have been obtained, resets jackpots, resets machines, and performs general maintenance on machines. You will report to the Slot or Casino Supervisor.

Primary Tasks

  • Maintain security/procedures according to rules. Provide customer service by maintaining high visibility on the floor, initiating and building partnerships with slot customers, explaining the slot games, game rules, and payout schedules to guests.
  • Connected with guests on personal level to build loyalty.
  • Set up new loyalty memberships and update existing accounts.
  • Replenishes thermal paper, fixing printer jams, and bill acceptor malfunctions.
  • Identify and correct machine malfunctions; contact the team members to repair machine or program functionality.
  • Paying winners by promptly responding to winning customers, obtain proper identification, verify hand pays, assisting the Supervisor in processing jackpot/paperwork, paying the customer, and assisting with Title 31 transaction requirements following established procedures.
  • Protect casino assets by observing floor activity and reporting suspicious activity or procedural irregularities to the Casino/Slot Supervisor or Slot Shift Manager.
  • Know Choctaw Casino Slot Policy and Procedures and other related SOP's.
  • Use computers to enter access or retrieve data.
  • Kept accurate records of monetary exchanges, authorization forms, and transaction reconciliations.
