Leadership experience
Leader in USAF Basic Training & Tech School.
Started with Fritz Bros. at the very bottom. Not allowed to touch any equipment. Just labor. Climbing in 3 months. Crew leader, with a CDL, in 6 months. Operations manager in under a year. 3 mill. Annual company. 9 full-time crews. 49 employees.
Whether I’m an owner, or an Operations Manager, or what, I’ve lead most of my life. I fully understand all that it entails, and I would prefer to lead. I will always follow a good leader. That’s how I learned to become one, but I’m never opposed to leading.
I run efficient, well maintained, safety oriented, production driven crews in high end neighborhoods where everything, absolutely, matters.
I build a good team. Production is about the team and team dynamics. “Never put a mule in a horse race, and you won’t ever be disappointed”. Know your employees' strengths and weaknesses, and task them accordingly…. Ideally. That’s everything from physical strength, mental toughness/acuity, breaking points, to how to best deliver critiques for the best results, or how an individual employee prefers accolades, or doesn’t.
