I am an eighteen year old (will be nineteen come late June) college student at the Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. I am attending this university to give me a good start on my way to becoming a veterinarian. I am also apart of several organization as a way to help others and better my personal and professional skills. In the Baptist Collegiate Ministry Club, Alpha Sigma Alpha, and the Pre-Vet club; I partake in many different activities. Such as attending a tour of the University of Georgia Diagnostic Lab, in Tifton; volunteering at a local wild life refuge; assisting at our local animal shelter; volunteering at a retirement center; and others.
With the job positions I have held in the past along with the clubs and school I am currently in/attending I have improved on my already existent skills such as time management, accountability, punctuality, and work ethics. I understand the importance of communication, reliability, teamwork, and consistent learning.
- This job position was also held during Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College's Christmas break (about two weeks).
