I have spent the last 3 years working in restaurants and all of my job experience has involved a heavy emphasis on customer service. I worked as a cashier during the Covid pandemic and that required an immense amount of thick-skin, patience, and understanding customer needs during a stressful time. I've developed strong conversational skills and learned how to present possible solutions to a problem in a timely manner to avoid backlash from customers. I'm extremely hard-working and motivated to take on as much workload as possible. Lots of experience in large scale public dining, both on a casual level and a more fine dining environment. I take pride in the service that I give and love to create relations with patrons to ensure repeat visits.
