Helping the residents with all their daily activities and needs , making sure their needs and want is met and help them with oral care , vital sign , and changing resident when it’s needed, transportation and transferring with discharging for medical reasons, encouraging and assisting the patient or resident with their day to day needs and making sure the tax is completed by the end of all shifts
