The project is an automated backend process created using combination of Win forms and Web APIs. This application helps the company to identify an entity or employee screening by automated document sharing and risk rating calculator which makes life easy for compliance officers or compliance team to validate profiles more efficiently and accurately. The Financial Intelligence Centre Act 38 of 2001 which is a South African law to combat financial crimes (FICA) such as fake documentation, money laundering, fraud, tax evasion, terrorist financing, and identity theft

Project Details:

The project is an Automated Invoice Processing engine, where the text is extracted by field based from Invoice in PDF format

There are different modes of processing:

• Mailbox/SFTP/Blob/S3: Here we have developed an Win Forms Bot runs every 2mins which posts pdf file to Blob storage in Azure that can trigger the process of data extraction on every new file received.
• Web API to Client Machine: Here we have developed a Web API that would receive the Data, process and return the response in JSON format which enables the real-time data extraction and discard the file uploaded on to blob

Project : UPD8 or UPDATE - Client : Internal workflow driven project for Broll Occupier services for Delivering reports and Documents for Various Major Banks like ABSA and Private clients.

Project Details:

• This project was initially developed on Share point framework and it is a work flow driven model and all the reports were captured manually using Excel Fee calculations and now it is upgraded to .Net framework.
• UPD8 is the upgraded version of workflow process - basically a lease is captured or transacted, in the process the upd8 system generates signoff, Fee reports & and users can download Lease template with captured data and sent for step by step approval process till the invoice is raised and closed by finance team.

Key improved features from Share point framework to .NET framework :

• Email Triggers for each progress update on the Lease.
• Approval Process from Capture Lease to Approved Printing Lease.
• Automated Fee/Signoff Reports with Auto Fee Calculations ( as per Bank Requirements ).
• Document Storage and instant document sharing within Team.
• Automatic Signature capture on Reports.
