It was a pleasure working as a Doorman for 33 1/2 years in the greatest city in the world, New York City.

My former boss the then general manager of the hotel, gave me an award and told me that I optimize greatness in customer service and the hotel industry.. One year I was awarded by New York State the Doorman of the year for New York State the same year I was awarded the Doorman of the year for New York City. In the times Square area all people working in that area and businesses knew me, or knew of me .

Because it was my mission to make a difference in lives of everyone that I came in contact with, and I certainly did that for many years that I worked as a Doorman.
