I started as a salesperson at Sheetz and later on in July of 2023 I became a Supervisor.

• Work quickly to make food and get orders out.
• Helped train new employees on the computer and out in the work force.
• Collaborated with management team monthly to go over anything new and come up with ways to do our job more efficiently.
• Dealt with customer complaints and inquires while ensuring customer satisfaction and resolution.
• Multi-tasked and delegated to be able to complete a wide range of taskes that need to be done during my shift.
• Communicated with current supervisor on shift 5 minutes prior to my start time incase there's anything I need to know or know if there's any priority tasks that need done.
• Do my own walk thru of store at start of shift to evaluate cleanliness and to see if there's any product that would need stocked.
• Check for food items that are going out of date and making sure that they are being/ known to be wasted.
• Making sure food products are being coded correctly and roated so old product is used first.
• Check in vendors on a handheld scan device and ensure all products are accounted for.
• Close out registers nightly and accounting for all money.
• Delegate tasks to employees and follow-up if need be to ensure accuracy.
• Stay calm in stressfull situations.
• Occasionally put cooler/freezer truck away lifting lots of heavy items repeatedly.

• Crafted pizzas following Sbarro's recipes and standards.
• Kept workspace and shop clean.
• Trained new team members on pizza preparation and food safety protocols.
