I have worked As a park RecreationL aid i have supervise and participate with children during large and small group activities, including arts and crafts, games, team building, mealtime and group discussion. Possesses working knowledge of safety and emergency procedures, exercises sound judgment and reports unsafe conditions to supervisor immediately. Communicates effectively and exhibits professional attitude portraying values of caring, honesty, responsibility and respect with staff, parents and children.
Currently I’m a CSR for an insurance agency what I do is pick up client calls and reply to emails which is the basic part of the day. Through the day I’m trying to find the proper insurance carrier that provides the best coverage for the insured. Also part of my job is dealing with problem solving do to clients policies running into a problem. As an employee I also train new employees and navigate them through the different websites we work with.
