Adriana Pacheco

From 2015 to 2018 I worked in the Garden center and some of my responsibilities included:

• Acknowledge and greet customers with a smile
• Answer customer questions
• Help customers find the products they are looking for
• Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store
• Keeping area stocked, clean, and safe

From 2018 until now I work in OPD/SFS and my responsibilities include

• Fulfills customer orders by reviewing orders; locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise;
• Ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up;
• Making appropriate product substitutions and consulting with customer as needed to ensure satisfaction
• Following up on out-of-stock merchandise.

I was suppose to take orders, keep the restaurant clean, run orders and keep customers happy.
