- This job was very fun and challenging.
- Went from being a crew member, to an assistant manager in just a year. Which included more responsibilities, like getting product/ice cream, training new hires, and doing inventory.
- Learned that I’m very adaptable, and a quick learner
- Learned how to calm a conflict and get happy results
- Made shakes, scoops, fraps, and fun desserts very quickly when we had huge lines of people. Also closed the store and learned how to count a cash register at the end of the night.
- Stocked Snack Attack, a store that was connected to Baskin Robbins, sold items there, stocked product, made popcorn, sugar coated pecans, and pretzels.
- Got along with each employee and earned their respect, trust, and awesome friendships.
- Stepped in for my manager for a month while they were on vacation. Managed to keep the store running under extremely well conditions. Duties included ordering ice cream, on top of the other duties I had as an assistant manager listed above.
- Unfortunately Baskin Robbins at the airport was furloughed because of Covid-19.

- The duties were searching the aircraft, making sure that unauthorized people don't enter the aircraft, and searching employees who had to enter.

- Volaris Airlines ended up being canceled and everyone was laid off.
