In my position of being an operator for thread up, I've gained many new skills. This facility is a warehouse. I don't have any customer interaction, but I understand the importance of the customer's online orders. I would fulfill customer orders. As well, I would pack orders for customers. In my position of being a stylist for target. I've been able to gain retail experience. I know the importance of clothing and advertising! The customer experience starts once they decided to come to our location! I constantly had customer interactions. I was prepared and ready to help all customer's needs. I had to keep all clothing items up to part. All clothing items must be stocked and presentable for customers. I was a seasonal hire for this position

My responsibilities as a team leader vary but, my main goal was to assist the managers. I conducted training and mentored team members to promote productivity, accuracy, and commitment to friendly service. I always ensured my team will be successful in every shift.
