Led efforts in 2023 to clear a QC backlog on the OE scheduling side, significantly reducing controllable past-due items. This initiative resulted in 99% of LCPs having their QCs reset simultaneously, creating the risk of a massive spike in 24 months. Designed a dashboard to stagger QC scheduling and prevent future backlogs caused by this reset.
