As an Officer-in-Charge (OIC) for Home Appliances I oversees daily operations, sales performance, and inventory management of the home appliance section. My role ensures excellent customer service, accurate product knowledge, and efficient stock handling. As an OIC I also leads the team in meeting sales targets, maintaining store standards, and coordinating with suppliers and management.

• Supervise the daily operations of the home appliances section
