Frosteez is a well-known and highly respected dispensary located in Billings, Montana. My duties included:

• Helped customers in a fast paced retail setting in a high profile shop in Montana
• Managed cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems while maintaining a high level of integrity in handling financial transactions
• Opened and closed the store at various locations, often alone
• Maintained a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that all products were properly labeled, stocked, and displayed for easy customer access
• Adhered to strict compliance regulations regarding age verification, product labeling, packaging requirements, and record-keeping procedures
• Assisted in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks, monitoring expiration dates, and restocking shelves as needed

By All Means is a modern and upbeat restaurant/brewery located in Billings, Montana. My duties:

• Serve food and drinks to customers and large parties as much as 40 people or more.
• Pour a variety of beers brewed on sight and mix non-alcoholic "mocktails" for customers. Provided exceptional customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly manner and anticipating their needs.
• Maintained cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Managed inventory levels by monitoring stock and regularly placing orders for suppliers. Assisted in the organization and execution of private events.
• Efficiently handled cash transactions and accurately processed payments using the Toast brand POS system.

House of Blues is an iconic American music and entertainment venue serving foo and drinks. My duties included:

• Cocktail server for private events and concerts
• Make basic cocktails as needed and serve customers at tables and in VIP lounge area.
• Ensure optimal customer experience and responsibly manage sales transactions.

Glitter Gulch Tiki Bar is a new restaurant/bar on Fremont Street in Las Vegas. My duties included:

• Greet and seat customers
• Accommodate searing preferences/changes to reservations
• Answer the phone and assist with customer questions, complaints and reservations.

Stuft Burger Bar is a lively, casual burger and sports bar in downtown Fort Collins. My duties:

• Greet customers and assist with seating and ordering details
• Take, manage and assist customers with ordering, in-store and over the phone
• Represent the store fairly in dealing with resolutions to customer matters, including complaints and solving payment issues, in-person and over the phone
• Accept customer payments by cash and credit card
• Maintain clean, orderly work stations and execute daily cleaning duties
• Bar-back and bartender duties, including all specialty cocktail and milkshake prep

Raising Cane’s is an American fast-food chain specializing in chicken fingers. As a Certified Trainer, crew-member, and cashier, I delivered on a variety of daily tasks including:

• Greet customers upon entering store or drive-thru; assist with ordering information
• Accept customer payments by cash and credit card
• Assist with all store duties, including prepping, bagging and delivering food orders
• Lead food prep duties, including cooking food items and operating the fryers
• Assist with other essential front of house and food prep tasks (drinks, sauces, etc.)
• As trainer, oversee onboarding and training of new crew members

Mel’s Craft BBQ is a Texas-Style BBQ restaurant that is open for lunch and dinner. I helped both open and close the restaurant during the week, and worked days, nights and weekends. Depending on the schedule, I worked as primary bartender, support barback or cashier and food runner (I primarily worked behind the bar.) My duties included:

• Prepared/served mixed drinks, including beer, wine and food orders
• Trained new hires on restaurant policies and procedures
• Maintained cleanliness and presentation of the entirety of bar area
• Cleaned dining/kitchen areas before and post-service
• As bar-back, kept the bar area clean and stocked with liquor, syrups, glasses, napkins and all other necessary items before and during service hours

Amici is a family-style Italian restaurant that is open for lunch, dinner and special events. I initially started as hostess, but quickly gained experience as a server. I worked evenings, weekends and many private functions, including baby showers and memorials.

• Greeted guests and assigned seating, directing guests to their tables
• Took food/drink orders table-side and at the bar, and delivered orders to guests
• Managed guest tabs for cocktail and food orders, including large parties and special event gatherings
• Assisted in daily restaurant prep, including all pre- and post-service tasks and cleaning
• Prepared salads, desserts, additional food prep as required

Goldfish Swim School taught swim lessons to area youth ages 6 months to 12 years old. I began as a swim instructor, providing basic float and safety education, as well as more advanced swim technique instruction. Became Deck Manager in the Fall of 2020, and oversaw multiple daily classes.

• Provided water safety and swim instruction to students ages 6 mo. to 12 y.o.
• Oversaw and ensured safety of all swimmers as lifeguard; ensured student success
• Lead and assisted in daily swim area prep and readiness, including safety checks
• Regularly dialogue with students’ parents regarding individual progress

Pennyville Station is a contemporary casual restaurant in Park Ridge, Illinois where I learned the basics of restaurant support functions as a busser.
