As a kinesiology graduate from UCF, I am passionate about transitioning into a career focused on strength and conditioning or sports rehabilitation. My solid human movement and exercise science foundation enables me to apply my knowledge and skills to help athletes optimize their performance and recover from injuries. My academic training and hands-on experience have provided me with a deep understanding of biomechanics, exercise prescription, and injury prevention strategies. I am motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals' physical well-being and contribute to their overall athletic success.

  • Coordinating and facilitating player development
  • Develop comprehensive training plans that integrate various training components
  • Maintained detailed records of each athlete''s progress throughout the internship period for future reference and program evaluation purposes.
  • Evaluated individual athlete progress, recommending modifications to their conditioning program as needed.
