One of the many advantages Alfred University has going for it, is its student athlete body. As a student athlete at Alfred University, I can only say positive things. Being an athlete while also being involved in a very difficult and time consuming major has made me a much better and well rounded person. The faculty and staff at Alfred University truly makes the university what it is, making accommodations for all students in all types of situations.

I’ve owned and operated my landscaping and mowing business for the last 5 years while I’ve been in college. It’s not only taught me the value of doing business, but also the value of community and communication with people.

In my senior year at Alfred University, I had the privilege of working with the EV club for my senior capstone project. Our team built and designed an electric dirtbike and presented it at our undergraduate research forum, where it gained quite a bit of popularity.
