• Helped in the creation and development of a new “ORC investigator” role based at the AutoZone Store Support Center.
• Supported Divisional Loss Prevention Manager with the creation of new reports for our in-house exception based reporting program.

• Finished 3 out of 5 seasons as the #1 ranked Regional Loss Prevention Manager (RLPM) in the company (ranking based on Internal Investigations, ORC Arrests, and Shrink Improvement).
• Won the 2018 “Excellence in Investigations” Award as well as the “Outstanding Partnerships” Award (Based on anonymous survey scores completed by DM Partners).
• Finished first season with the most dishonest associate cases in the company and delivered the second best shrinkage improvement in the company.
• Currently training zone as “Super User” for new exception based reporting system.
• Top performer in shrink improvement both shrink seasons with company.

• Supported a 24 Big-box store district that ranged from Colorado to Idaho.

• Conducting both internal and external investigations in district, and resolving all theft occurrences.
• Reducing work-related injuries and increasing safety awareness.
• Increasing store profitability through a reduction in inventory shrinkage.
• Conducting Operational Audits, Asset Protection Checklists, and Night Visits.
