Was responsible for the operation of fourteen food location with five being carts locations and the rest being brick and mortar. Depending on the day I oversaw around 100 to 150 employees ranging from 14 years old to 80 years old. I was responsible for ensuring guest service and food production was to standard. I was also responsible for disciplinary actions against these team members.

Oversaw the daily daily operation of both brick and mortar as well as carts locations. Ensured that food quality was to standard as well as ensuring food safety was being met. supervised around 50 employees ranging from 14 years old to 80 years old.
