- After leaving Dillards I was on the daily taking care of my Father who had a Stroke, who then eventually moved in and needed help with daily activities. From bathing, dressing, meal prepping, medication tracking, etc.

* Around this time I was also having horrible headaches which made it difficult to work myself as I was having them multiple times a day. I was still able to help my father as he was in our home however I would have to lay down in a dark quiet room to relieve my headaches, I was diagnosed (IIH) and treated for this around the end of 2024 - the beginning of 2025 and am now on medication and willing to explain more if needed.

- Mid 2024 my mother was diagnosed with multiple myelomas in her bones and had surgery on her spine, after returning home I was also taking care of her. Assisting with bathing, dressing, helping her eat, tracking her medications etc, until she was healthy enough to do it herself. To this day I still help her in certain things especially meal prepping, and transporting her to appointments.

• I would take over 100 calls a day helping customers take care of any issues with currently placed orders or to help them place new orders. Problem Solving anything they needed to make sure the customer was satisfied. Experienced in both slow calls as well as days where we had B2B calls all day.

• I made and took calls for the collections department taking payments from customers or setting payment arrangements, noting all accounts of conversations that took place for each one.

• I inspected phones to make sure everything was up to company standards, as well as labeled them to be shipped out.

• I processed returned phones through a computer system, to make sure the phones were up to company standards and fully internally wiped.

• Mainly stocked up and maintained the clothing department
• I also stocked groceries.

• Programmed phones for specific companies and downloaded various apps, built the excel files for the orders to ship, as well as making sure the phones were up to company standards.

• At Exel Texas Instruments, I worked on a line, putting together orders for customers.
