Resourceful Associate Load Planner experienced in optimizing freight logistics and enhancing operational workflows. Achieved timely deliveries through effective planning of bulk shipments and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Focused on leveraging analytical skills to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Working at Flow
Working in an airport control tower involves managing the safe, orderly, and rapid flow of aircraft on runways, taxiways, and in the immediate surrounding airspace (approx. 3-30 mile radius). Controllers use radar, radios, and direct visual observation to issue takeoff/landing clearances, manage ground traffic, and maintain separation, operating in a high-stress, high-concentration environment.
Working as LP
Aircraft load planning is the strategic,Im calculating arrangement of cargo, Baggage and fuel to ensure an aircraft stays within safe weight and balance limits for flight, often referred to as weight and trim. It maximizes available capacity, optimizes fuel efficiency, and ensures safety by positioning heavy items strategically to keep the center of gravity (CG) within limits. I'm also act as a liaison between the ramp (loading/unloading) and the "Fingers" department (package sorting) to ensure the right freight gets on the right plane in the correct order.
