• As part of a team - ‘Trading community Architecture (TCA)’ that mostly deals in managing Customer’s data, I work on Oracle CX Cloud application (Fusion CRM module)
• TCA is responsible for building all the foundational APIs like SOAP and REST Web Services, Elastic Search API/ Crawler Jobs / CPUI components / SUI Task flows/ Enterprise Scheduler Jobs/ Next Gen UI etc using various tech stacks such as Java, OpenAPI, PLSQL APIs, Oracle ADF, Fusion Middleware, Javascript, Oracle JET, Python etc
• I posses deep and comprehensive understanding of the Sales cloud objects such as B2B Accounts/ B2C Contacts/ Households and also have architectural expertise in other cloud components as such as Trading Community Model, Resource Management, Customer Center, Extensibility, User management.
• Technical Architect: I have been technical architect for several features in past few releases such as Linked Set Management for detecting duplicate data in the system. Design Account hierarchy in the cloud application.
• Scrum Master(Team of 8). I have been successfully managing scrum team on daily basis ensuring timely delivery of the product feature with high quality.
• Coordinate with multinational teams to drive projects from research POC to production.
• Lead and mentor both junior engineers.
• Develop production code and advocate for the best coding and engineering practices.
• Participate in project planning, review, and retrospective sessions.
• Identify and mitigate risks in our plans and executions, especially at the intersection of business and engineering.

Project 1: Duke LDAP

CSM security is customized for a Duke where the whole system is executed in LDAP integration mode. An open source tool OpenSSO is used for the authentication of users from ADFS. After the user is authenticated the data is pulled from the ADAM and is passed to a Plug-in module which updates the CSM database with this data

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design develop a plug-in code using Java EJB
• Write Unit tests
• Debug and troubleshoot the issues reported by QA.

Project 2: Convergent Shopping and Ordering

• Team size: 8,
• Description:, ' Convergent Shopping & Ordering (CSO) solution enables an end-to-end process for shopping, quoting and order handling for convergent products and services
• It is comprised of several elements, beginning with the definition of products and associated prices and discounts
• Once products are defined in the system, the agent, reseller or customer can shop for them, orders can be placed, orders are managed, and services are fulfilled and activated
• Couples of new features are added to it like shipping confirmation where new quote is created with the shipping charges for the quote items which are eligible for shipment
• The other new feature added is the report generation for Quote, Order and Disclosures in PDF format
• Other features which were added are: MDN configuration, ESN configuration

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Designing, coding, writing unit tests, debugging and troubleshooting the issues. Point of Contact and key developer for POS and RB Integration. Developed UI’s using Java, JSF Rich faces, API’s and integration with other components like CSM, IM...etc
• IText is an open source framework which is used for generating the PDF
• The TR includes enhancements, development and maintenance.
• Looking after the Trouble Request (TR)
• Provided an extended technical support, to help QA/ users (IT, CST) facing technical and functional issues.
