Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts and deliver comprehensive end-to-end support based on SLA through technical guidance on cleaning and hygiene applications (CIP, OPC, Membrane cleaning) and evaluation of sanitation operations.
• Support the customers in water treatment application (Boiler; DAF for wastewater treatment)
• Understand the needs of customers to build value propositions focused on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), Return on Investment (ROI), and cleaning efficacy with optimised usage of chemical, in collaboration with the Global Sector Specialist Team.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and the introduction of innovative products or technologies to support the sustainability goals of the customer, working closely with Global Key Account Directors.
• Deliver 'Value Advantage' to customers through Knowledge-Based Services (KBS) and consultative support.
• Conduct Business review with existing accounts - drive sales growth within the designated territory and actively prospecting new accounts.
• Expand market presence by cross-selling complete range of cleaning and hygiene solutions of Diversey.
• Manage distributor relationships to enhance market reach and ensure coverage.
• Monitor on-site chemical inventory levels and monthly usage. And ordering timely to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Capture all new growth opportunities, uploading service reports and inventory reports in Salesforce.
• Conduct training sessions for customers to ensure safe and effective product usage and compliance with safety standards.
• Cultivate strong, trust-based customer relationships by consistently delivering value during service visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business development from existing accounts and the acquisition of prospective accounts by providing cleaning and hygiene solutions, as well as water treatment solutions (RO, boiler, cooling tower, etc.).
• Maintain a robust sales funnel to ensure sustainable growth, generating leads and converting them to sales.
• Drive sales of engineering innovations to enhance quality hygiene; coordinate with OEMs on the techno-commercial offer.
• Supervise the commissioning, installation, and maintenance of the engineering equipment and dosing system; lead a team of Field Service Engineers to ensure best-in-class service.
• Provide a sales forecast to strategize the company’s operations.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team on the baseline forecast for products, ensuring a consistent supply to the customer.
• Customer retention by extending service support: conduct a monthly audit, track the monthly consumption of consumables (to maintain the agreed cost per case), and conduct trials to prove TCO commitments and value proposition.
• Conduct training and deliver presentations on the technical aspects of cleaning applications to generate business opportunities.

Key Achievements:

• Regained treatment application (for both RGB and PET lines) at Bottlers Nepal Ltd., Kathmandu, from competition in 2022-23.
• Won the purchase order for the External Filler Cleaning System for the PET line at Bottlers Nepal Ltd. in 2023 from the OEM of the filler.
• Introduction of a formulated CIP product from the Diversey portfolio for the first time globally at any Unilever plant (personal and cosmetic range of products) in Nepal in 2023.
• Introduction of an additive from the Diversey portfolio for the cleaning of beer membrane filters for the first time in the Indian subcontinent at Yak Brewing in 2022.
• Instrumental role in supporting Diversey to secure the Carlsberg RFQ (Gorkha Brewery) in 2023 by conducting a benchmarking survey.
• Introducing Solenis' range of products in the cooling tower application at Bottlers Nepal Terai Limited, the first Coke COBO plant in the Indian subcontinent, in 2023.
• Implementation of the formulated CIP product in more than 10 dairy plants, replacing the commodity product (caustic), in 2021-2023.

• Inspection of quality of raw materials like sugar, citric acid, apple concentrate, mango pulp, packaging materials (cartons, preforms, body sleeves, cap sleeves, closures)
• Monitoring quality and microbiological parameters of finished beverages.
