• Learning Ambassador: Entrusted with training Amazon Associates new to decant process paths, conducted retrains/refreshers to help associates get into standard on quality, rates, and safety in decant
• IB Dock Process Guide (PG): Managed a team of 15 indirects and 40 direct associates to successfully process inbound freight within quality standards.
• IB Flow Process Guide (PG): • Continuously monitor the flow of work processed from the dock/decant to stow while making adjustments between 4 floors of direct associates while collaborating with RME to address mechanical issues to prevent efficient movement of workflow and logging repeated issues to better the process.
• IB Problem Solve: Process PS freight that comes in damaged/unscannable and accurately correcting inventory as necessary

Sortation Center Associate

• Outbound: Accurately loaded freight/carts and consistently exceeded expected rates for linear and mech processes by building pallets of outgoing freight.
• Inbound: Off-load freight/carts. Ensured safe access to trailers by managing trailer doors in adherence to Amazon's safety protocols.
• Processed non-con freight that could not fit on traditional pallets or shuttles.
