- Facets Phase: This initiative has been undertaken to archive 10 years worth of Facets data in EASE at UHC. This was done to address legal, audit and general purpose requirements.
- Below were my responsibilities as a Business Analyst.
- Collaborate with the Senior business analyst and gather requirements from business users and Development lead
- Analyze requirements, Develop user stories, write acceptance criteria’s and communicate to the project team
- Analyze Facets data by leveraging MS SQL Management and create CSV files to assist developers in archival
- Run daily stand-up meetings, help clarify queries on the requirements
- Coordinate with offshore team in completing the development of the stories
- Jira Decom: This initiative was undertaken to decommission Jira and to migrate to Rally. Below were my responsibilities as a Business Analyst.
