  • Controlled and coordinated with flight cabin crew and Federal Air Marshals to ensure safety and security.
  • Offer support to passengers with special needs, including children, disabled persons, and elderly individuals.
  • Complete annual and quarterly trainings to remain current of FAA safety and security standards.
  • Maintain current awareness and knowledge of established airline safety and security guidelines; to ensure compliance with applicable FAA regulations and Alaska Airlines safety and compliance policy.
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks and beverages in accordance with established company food safety procedures.
