Imprest Account Rationalisation-

This project is to set up a strong governance and optimize Imprest accounts that are currently maintained in the country offices in co-ordination and concurrence with all the stakeholders – WFA, BPS, IFC & TRE

Role in the Project-

• Communicated updates and requirements between internal team members and clients to keep parties informed of project progress.
• Analyzed data and prepared for compilation into reports to be distributed to other key stakeholders.
• Tracked project performance data to generate reports and keep management informed of important trends.
• Conducted an extensive reconciliation of 350+ Imprest accounts between SAP and TRE were completed with thorough analysis
• Identified fallback mechanisms for country offices to process payments through secure means.
• Worked on a consolidated checklist to enable efficient governance of authorised signatories for the bank accounts held by country offices.

Responsibilities and Roles handled in WFAAN:

• Structured and delivered the Country Office Accountant Beginner’s Training for FY21 and FY22 where I was involved in training and evaluating external participants
• Handling Imprest Reports which involves me to coordinate with teams such as Payroll and Country Office
• Working in restructuring content for Imprest to ensure maximum efficiency and accountability
• Managing triaging for the entire team and optimized the process for the team by maintaining tracker and report
• Leveraged communication and problem-solving abilities to alleviate ongoing issues and promote conflict resolution.
• Maintained positive working relationship with fellow staff and management.
• As a part of the AskAccounting team, I work on query resolution of Travel & Travel card process and policy, Firm Payment related queries
• Adapted to resolving queries with minimum back and forth.
• Over a period of 3 years, I have a client satisfaction rate of 89.9%
• Extensively use SAP transactions to understand workflow, cost object mapping and role statuses to assist in query resolution
• Being in a team that is client centric, I have excellent communication skills.

• Assisted in Triaging for the whole team
• Handled Background Verification (BGC) Backlog and Live cases
• As a part of the BGC project, extensively interacted and coordinated with the Vendor Partner ( Sterling Talent Solutions) and staff from various country offices and HQ
• Worked on standardised BGC reports which was used for the Team’s internal and Project team’s purpose
• Worked on two Compass (Job Portal for the World Bank Group) related projects

• As a part of the Transactions Processing (TSP) team, I was involved in hiring Short Term Consultants and Temporary Staff
• Created contracts for consultants from 160 countries hired by The World Bank for short term roles
• Adapted in using SAP Production to create new contracts and make changes to existing contracts
• Actively involved in interacting with clients from across the globe for contract related issues via phone and email
• Used MS office extensively for day to day activities.
• Handled sensitive and confidential employee information with complete discretion.

• Conducting market research and survey to gather data on consumer preferences and behaviour
• Performing analysis on the data collected to understand the need of the market
• Creating reports to make strategic decisions for approaching customers.

• Worked as a volunteer with a Needs Assessment Project conducted in Kancheepuram, Tamil Nadu.
• Performed wide range of administrative, analytical, and support duties and functions relating to various aspects of organization.
