I'm ready to experience working in a hospital setting and am very passionate about learning and getting to be able to learn new things in the medical field. Working in the medical field has always been a dream of mine. I want to take care of patients. I have a heart for people and I feel like this is my direction to take to work at this hospital! I feel confident to excel in this field. Right now, I am enrolled in the CNA course at Owens Community College which will be done in December. My plan is to go to Mercy College next semester and pursue nursing school to get my ADN and then get my BSN.

- I coach my team members to be an example of what Chick-fil-A is: creating a great guest experience, giving out accurate orders, and providing 2nd-mile service. This includes giving out mints, asking guests to get them a refreshment, offering to throw their trash away, and opening the doors to make them feel welcome. I also ensure that my team keeps our area clean including the dining room area, behind our counter, and restrooms. I also coach on food safety requirements.
- I make lineups to make sure my team is ready for their shift before work. I set 2-3 goals each shift that they have.
- I am in charge of running their breaks as well.
- If we get busy, I am in charge of putting my team in their strong spots and while we aren't busy, I make it a priority to make sure they get an opportunity to grow in a different spot. My responsibility is to make quick decisions in those situations.
- Verified that cash drawers contained correct amounts of money during opening and closing shifts.
