With over 15 years of training course development in a highly regulated industry, my focus evolved into providing a product to MROs, repair stations, aviation industry, and other highly regulated industries that is loaded with needed content out the gate that streamlines and standardizes the dissemination, tracking, and reporting of employee training. We provide a learning management system (LMS) that meets the Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) industry training requirements, European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), and International Standard Organization - ISO 9001:2015 training record-keeping standard. Understanding from experience, when you have an efficient and effective system in place, it lifts the burden of training compliance, measuring employee training/skill needs, structured OJT, and record-keeping.
