- Both open and close the store.
- During the day, I make sure all the food preparation is done and ready for the given day. We hand-make most everything on the menu, so I'm in charge of cutting and rolling the dough, mixing the sauce, and cutting all the vegetables. Day shifts consist of only two people, usually a manager and driver. I am more than capable of working in a fast-paced atmosphere while effectively doing my job. Sometimes, when the driver is on the road, multiple phones will ring, pizzas will be rolling out of the oven ready to be cut and routed all the while having to make new orders. I pride myself in my ability to multitask very well.
- Evenings are usually a tad bit easier. There are simply more hands to help in the kitchen, and more drivers usually scheduled. At closing time I'm responsible for the books and all the necessary deposits from the day.
