January 2025 - March 2025: Worked as an IV (intravenous) technician with the IV team performing sterile compounding.

General overview consisted of working with customers and providing customer service attitude and friendliness. Handled escalated situations and always remained professional no matter the situation. At the end of day shifts, I would assist in proper procedure to close the registers, handle cash properly, and perform cleaning duties as a required part of the role.

Golf Cart Attendant: Duties required cleaning golf carts in a timely manner and with care. Providing direction and carts to customers. Worked closely with coworkers. Also cleaned and picked up golf balls in the range. During event days, I would help assist in setting up carts and making sure everything ran smoothly. Would greet and direct customers to their assigned groups.
