I have served our country for the past 21 years with the U.S. Army. The experience has been challenging and rewarding. I have had the opportunity to work in many different facets with leaders and soldiers from across our nation. My career started as a human resource specialist and progressed to a human resource manager and senior human resource manager. My primary focus has been human resources throughout my career, yet I have consistently demonstrated versatility by successfully undertaking responsibilities beyond traditional human resource roles. Through formal and informal education, I have developed diverse skills entailing strategic human resource management, organizational development, proficiency in analytics, and personnel management. Over the course of my career, I have developed exceptional communication, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities that have helped me navigate personal and professional challenges. One of the most gratifying aspects of my career has been collaborating with exceptional individuals and making a positive difference in their professional growth, just as I have benefited from impactful leadership throughout my journey.
