In this position, My previous Requirements were still in place, on top of that I had the following new responsibilities:

• Monitored Claims processing through a mixed use of Tableau Dashboards, Informatica, Oracle SQL, And an Internally developed PEGA Dashboard.
• Involved with transferring the entire Claims processing workflow to our team, Including Runbook Updates to meet team standards, Identify Broken Tidal jobs to provide suggested fixes, And Identifying ways to streamline Claims processing.
• Appointed on-call for 2-3 weeks every Quarter in an on-call rotation to provide after hours support for Operations and Failed Tidal jobs and/or Failed Informatica workflows.
• Provide training for new team members and Update outdated training resources for our team.
• Was a Point of contact for our business customers to provide updates on Claims Processing, Edifecs transmissions, And Database refreshes.

In this position, I was promoted while still working for the encounters and data warehouse operations team, with the following expanded responsibilities:

• Learned and maintained Basic automation, such as Kanban alerts for failed tidal jobs.
• Learned the backend process stream for how our internal customers sent us Edifecs Batch requests.
• Maintained Internal Confluence Page by Updating outdated documentation and cleaning up documentation for processes/tidal jobs that were decommissioned.
• Provide more in-depth initial troubleshooting for Failed Tidal jobs or informatica workflows.
• Learned the basics on how a Tidal job is created and how it can be used to automate certain processes.

I worked for the Encounters and Data Warehouse Operations team, with Responsibilities as the following:

• Maintained and supported The switch from Xpressencounterpro to edifecs by loading legacy claim data into edifecs
• Learned and Worked under the Agile-SCRUM workflow
• Maintained and used a mix of kanbanflow and a JIRA board for Internal Team tickets.
• Used Tidal for automated job scheduling and monitored for failures on data warehouse
• Used Informatica to monitor and troubleshoot Data warehouse workflows.
• Created and Maintain spreadsheets across several systems.
• Consistently used stored procedures in SQL To either update data for failed informatica workflows, or perform initial triage on failed tidal/informatica jobs.
• Used SQL queries to troubleshoot data warehouse issues.
• Maintained positive relationship with several other teams.
• Handled and sent communications to our customers for updates on edifecs transmissions or issues with data warehouse, along with internal communications providing troubleshooting steps that have been performed.
