In this position, My previous Requirements were still in place, on top of that I had the following new responsibilities:

  • Monitored Claims processing through a mixed use of Tableau Dashboards, Informatica, Oracle SQL, And an Internally developed PEGA Dashboard.
  • Involved with transferring the entire Claims processing workflow to our team, Including Runbook Updates to meet team standards, Identify Broken Tidal jobs to provide suggested fixes, And Identifying ways to streamline Claims processing.
  • Appointed on-call for 2-3 weeks every Quarter in an on-call rotation to provide after hours support for Operations and Failed Tidal jobs and/or Failed Informatica workflows.
  • Provide training for new team members and Update outdated training resources for our team.
  • Was a Point of contact for our business customers to provide updates on Claims Processing, Edifecs transmissions, And Database refreshes.
