As a T0II my daily responsibilities are to complete daily task safely and to do what is asked of me daily. This includes basic labor, operation of vehicles including dump trucks and running equipment efficiently and safely. I also come in after hours for emergency response anytime needed. This ranges from debris in the road way to severe motor vehicle crashes. With the need of a wide variety of skills to perform these task safely.
With the opportunity to supervise the pipe crew I have stepped up and have been very successful in this position. This means I go above and beyond my expectations as a T0II and take on more responsibility than asked of me in my position.

-To do inventory of what we used for that day and to turn in any tickets we have that day.
-Send in AWP time sheets and any tickets to Warrenton Business for that day signed and dated by the crew lead with us that day.
-Most important task to make sure everybody is safe and get to leave how they showed up that day.
-To make sure all jobs are cleaned up and any damage to grass is seeded and straw.

-Send in curtis contracting sheet to Warrenton Business for that week signed and dated by drivers.
-Go into strategic planning and highlight completed pipes for that week.
-To communicate any special needs for the fallowing week EX, extra operators, extra equipment, certain pipe or materials needed to complete a job. This may include getting rentals or charging out materials to other head quarters.
-Take inventory of pipe and stone.
-Inform operators of the schedule and what to expect the fallowing week.
-Set up and prep for any emergency pipe replacement if warned in advance.
Since taking on this roll it has been challenging and rewarding I have learned what it takes to have a successful crew. How to build trust how to build leadership skill how to build moral among the operators. I have learned how to handle conflicts/issues. I have learned how to communicate successfully. I have watched and learn how important safety is and what to look out for. I have learned how to do a incident report and strategic planning.
I have achieved-
* HMMS time successfully on my own.
* Class C fuel
* strategic planning
*IMS
*Completed time restricted task in safe and timely manner.
