Work cash register, stock supplies, maintain clean dining areas, and providing friendly service. Sanitation and safety is another key part to this role making sure environment is safe and clean.

The primary role of this position is to keep the cafe running smoothly, coach the crew and make sure all customers are satisfied. This includes opening and/ or closing the cafe, money handling, security procedures, and handling any conflicts. Another main role is hospitality resolving complaints, ensuring orders are accurate and quick, handling refunds etc. Food quality and safety is a part of this role as well.
