As a chocolate maker, I would assist with melting chocolate at the correct temperature, poured over an edible ink design sheet with molds. Helped sanitized the chocolate machines, molds and any other equipment needed for the chocolate making. Followed instructions and processes to maintain food handling integrity. Sorted final products according to specified regulatory, customer or company standards. Was in charge of making the new edible ink sheet with customized prints. Kept count of the sheet and check all sheets before having them packaged.

Reason for leaving was due to me moving to Las Vegas, and no longer being able to work there.

Printed dining checks with total due, worked the register for both cash and card payments and offered receipts to complete transactions.

Reason for leaving was due to there not being enough work. I was on the on call position and would only work at most 3 times a week.

Followed health and safety regulations relevant to hospitality industry to minimize accidents, incidents and liability to the restaurant. Kept restaurant clean and presentable. As a waitress I would also answer the phone to process food orders for customers. I would provide customers with their tabs and used cash registers and credit/debit card machines to cash out customers.

I served at The Place To Go for 8 months, reason for leaving was for school since I was a sophomore at the time and was struggling to keep up with both school and work.
