Summary

I started at a family-owned business when I was 13. I got to work with my mom in the summer on the patio or in winter, inside. I helped run food and brought water and menus to all guests. She worked in a "seat yourself" environment. I would bring customers water and menus and bus the tables afterward. If she was too busy, I would run credit cards for her or take their cash and give them their change back. I swept, kept the tables clean and if any other server needed help making salads, I was on it. I was not on payroll because I was too young but since it was a family-owned business and my mom was the first person hired, she had leeway and the owners and management let me come to work there whenever I wanted and I made some incredible tips and learned table numbers and how to sanitize and keep the establish clean and well maintained. It taught me patience, taught me to be more outgoing, and no longer shy. It taught me how to handle crabby customers and make them satisfied, It taught me so much about who I am today. Of course, getting a new job and going out of your comfort zone is always a bit scary but I believe I can bring a lot to your team. I was bummed when they closed because Vannellis was my plan. I want to work and am so excited to do so. So please consider me joining your team at Taco John's.

Volleyball-School ball-Lakes Volleyball and Kokoro private lessons once a week. Grades are priority

The end of my Volleyball season is April 14th. From there I take private lessons in Lake Elmo at a wonderful Volleyball School called Kokoro. I am available after school except on "private lesson days" which sometimes fall on weekends too in July and a few during the rest of the school year. You can not sign up for the following month until 7 am on the 15th of the current month. So that would give me time to let you know my availability or I am okay with a set schedule too. Being that I am young, I know there are rules to hours and times. I live 10 minutes away from your establishment. Rides will NEVER be a problem. I am very dedicated and focused on my grades so I make honor roll every quarter. And also dedicated to working at Taco John's as my first official payroll job. I am a fast learner, always happy, maybe sensitive at times but I guarantee I will add something special to your crew.
