• Develop the activities of a server, from welcoming the establishment, presenting the menu, offering recommendations, recording orders and maintaining contact with the kitchen staff in order to guarantee the correct presentation of the dishes to the customer, operating the administrative system of the restaurant, inventory management, opening and closing cash registers, supplier management, control of spreadsheets for reports and inspection, management of complaints and claims and other aspects required for the proper functioning of the restaurant.

• Plan, organize, measure and control the operational process to guarantee its correct functioning, implement strategies that allow compliance with the objectives, goals and billing defined by clients and management and implement controls that guarantee results, database analysis for the portfolio allocation, issue reports to clients, control and guarantee compliance with indicators, ensure proper execution of service SLAs, identify opportunities for improvement and process deviations, personnel management (process leaders, analysts and advisors )

• Monitor the collection management carried out through the channels at the national level in order to control compliance with the established goals, generate statistics on the results and identify opportunities for improvement, permanently support the channels to achieve recovery objectives , carry out periodic audits of the different external collection providers to evaluate that the management they develop is in accordance with the parameters defined by the company, analyze databases and generate raw material information for advisor management, identify process deviations and generate strategies.

Analyze, manage and fully conform the work history of the members through compliance with current regulations, established policies and procedures, in order to obtain the correct settlement of pension bonds for their subsequent issuance and redemption, in order to obtain the definition of the substance of the requested pension procedures.
