Built new relationships with new staff and students in an effort to quickly learn the new district and their dynamics
Integrated the Zeeland Township community policing unit into the schools that fell within that patrol area to ensure quick and effective response if needed.
Worked with ZPS Administration to create an "open door policy" with Deputies working in the area. This fostered an environment where area Deputies stopped in and could learn the layout of buildings.
Obtained key card access for all Zeeland/Holland area Deputies to ensure access to district buildings in the event of an emergency.
Presented CRASE to all district employees over three professional development days. This included everyone from Administration, to food service, to transportation, to teachers and support staff.
