• Manage site safety protocols, maintain OSHA compliance and ensure a safe work environment. Enforce Safety measures on site and maintained/updated safety data sheets and reported incidents in alignment with OSHA standards
• Lead regular site inspections, identifying potential hazards and maintenance issues and address them in timely manner.
• Interview, hire, and train new staff on protocol and safety standards ensuring a productive and efficient workplace.
• Implement cost-saving measures by maintaining labor to volume budget, ensureing chemical and inventory costs are within budget, and reducing damage claim payouts
• Drive company defined KPIs, implement practices and training to improve revenue, cut costs, uphold customer satisfaction and grow the site by increasing total membership count
• Attend site performance meetings where I outline site performance and opportunities for growth

Developed maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and limit wear and tear on equipment with things such as:

• Regular conveyer maintance, removing link in chain regularly
• Grease fitting throughout wash to reduce downtime to unnessacary equipment wear
• Replace worn fittings and couplings on air and chemical lines
• Ensure proper chemical useage per car and coverage by replaceing foamer equiment and cleaning out applicators.
• Inspect timing on equipment to prevent vehicle damage and provide customers with consistant wash quality

Maintained Eastman recreation center doing tasks such as:

• Painted shelters
• Ran weedeater along perimeter and in creek beds
• Leaf blow roads and shelter pads
• Placed retainer wall stones.

Spent time in plant on duct crew. Change out air filters in plant, observing safety protocols , such as lock out tag out procedure and usage of proper PPE.
