Completely day to day duties such as restaurant walks to always be ready for audits, handle cash, drawers, and checked paperwork in the morning for discrepancies. Every day i was expected to run smooth shifts and run good payrolls, as well as handle customer issues in a professional manner. Filling in and helping out all team member roles to ensure the guests have a great experience, as well as doing semi daily vendor orders and check them in, making sure the items had a proper par and we had the proper amount of product while minimizing waste.
